2. Estimates, Scheduling, & Upfront Pricing

• Estimates & Diagnostics: Estimates provided online or over the phone are preliminary. Final pricing for repairs or installations requires an on-site diagnostic or evaluation by a certified technician.

• Transparent Pricing: All work costs, parts, and labor fees will be presented for customer approval before work begins. There are no hidden overtime or weekend penalties unless explicitly disclosed prior to authorization.

• Appointments & Dispatch: We strive to meet all scheduled dispatch windows, including 24/7 emergency calls. However, arrival times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to traffic, severe weather, or unforeseen technical complications from prior calls.

3. Payments, Billing, & Financing

• Payment Terms: Payment is due in full upon completion of service, repair, or installation unless prior written financing or billing arrangements have been agreed upon.

• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and approved financing options.

• Unpaid Balances: Invoices left unpaid past the agreed due date may incur interest charges or collection fees to the maximum extent permitted by California state law.

4. Worksite Access & Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the safety of our technicians and the proper delivery of services, the customer agrees to:

• Provide safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the work site, including equipment locations (attics, basements, rooftops, crawl spaces, or utility closets).

• Ensure an authorized adult (18 years or older) is present on the premises during the service visit.

• Secure all domestic pets away from the work area prior to technician arrival.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

• Manufacturer Warranties: Equipment, units, and replacement parts supplied and installed by Ajax Heating & Air Conditioning are covered by the respective manufacturer's limited warranties.

• Labor Warranty: Workmanship guarantees provided by Ajax Heating & Air Conditioning apply only to the specific repairs or installations completed by our technicians.

• Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage resulting from customer misuse, lack of regular maintenance (e.g., failure to change air filters), unapproved third-party alterations, power surges, act of God, or pre-existing system failures not included in the original scope of work.

6. Communications & SMS Terms
